Services

ProTouch Garage Doors provides garage door repair, installation, and maintenance services in the Birmingham, Alabama metropolitan area. Our services include but are not limited to spring replacement, opener repair, cable repair, off-track repair, roller replacement, and new door installation.

Pricing and Payment

• All estimates are free and provided without obligation
• Final pricing will be confirmed before work begins
• Payment is due upon completion of services
• We accept cash, check, and major credit cards

Warranties

We stand behind our work. All labor is warranted, and parts carry manufacturer warranties. Specific warranty terms will be provided at the time of service.

Limitation of Liability

ProTouch Garage Doors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Cancellations

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 2 hours notice. Emergency service calls are subject to availability.

By scheduling service, you authorize our technicians to access the areas necessary to complete the requested work. You are responsible for ensuring safe and clear access to the garage door and related components.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
